The (re) production of urban space is reflected through various actions promoted through actors, who are called producers/promoters of space. Thus, the spatial cut of this research comprised an area that covers part of the neighborhoods: Cauamé, Caçari, Cidade Satélite, as well as part of BR-401 and RR-205. The general objective of the research was to analyze the (re) production of the urban space, from the closed horizontal condominiums and its socio-spatial dynamics in Boa Vista-RR and surroundings. Regarding the methodology, the present research is characterized as a descriptive and exploratory study, where the established steps to reach the proposed objectives were: bibliographical survey, documentary research, fieldwork with questionnaire application and interview with the subjects involved in research. The results revealed that the State and real estate developers have increasingly participated actively in the implementation of actions that result in the process of (re) production of the urban space of the city of Boa Vista and surroundings.
