It was observed that the calls of A. eugenioi and A. albofrenatus are extremely similar, however, there was no taxonomic action taken. Furthermore, the female matting choice seems to act upon acoustic characters which vary little, or simply isolation time is not yet sufficient, thus it is difficult to detect any variation in acoustic analyses.
