Resumo: This dissertation examines the experience of managing its supervised internship Campus Laranjal do Jari, the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amap? (IFAP/Laranjal Jari) The purpose of this research was to verify that the organization of educational work developed in the institution, allows in fact, the link between theory and practice in technical courses offered in the IFAP / Laranjal Jari within an educational context, and against economic, social and cultural reality known as the Jari Valley, covering the municipalities of Laranjal do Jari, Vit?ria do Jari (Amap?) and Almeirim (Par?), contributing to complement the teaching and learning of students in vocational training. Consists of a basic research, qualitative analysis and descriptive, which includes lifting techniques and document analysis. To collect the data were used beyond the analysis of primary and secondary and the focus group technique, aimed at different professional groups within the institution and the students of the last years / periods of technical courses in literature sources, interviews, questionnaires, non-participant observation average level in the integrated and subsequent forms in the Environment, Secretarial and Commerce. In this work, it was found that investigated the institution is unable to ensure that the supervised set up as an educational act, a supplementary teaching and learning, as pointed out in specific legislation. This research aims to contribute to a reflection on the procedures applied practice in the IFAP/ Laranjal do Jari, especially in supervised training, understanding that the analysis of this activity can enhance the mediation between theory and practice, to meet the demands required by the competitive job market.

O objetivo dessa investiga??o foi verificar se a organiza??o do trabalho pedag?gico desenvolvido na institui??o possibilita de fato, a articula??o entre teoria e pr?tica nos cursos t?cnicos ofertados no IFAP/Laranjal do Jari, dentro de um contexto educacional, e frente ? realidade econ?mica, social e cultural da regi?o conhecida como Vale do Jari, que abrange os munic?pios de Laranjal do Jari, Vit?ria do Jari (Amap?) e Almeirim (Par?), contribuindo para a complementa??o do ensino e da aprendizagem dos estudantes em sua forma??o profissional. Consiste em uma pesquisa b?sica, de an?lise qualitativa e car?ter descritivo, que contempla t?cnicas de levantamento e de an?lise documental. Para a coleta dos dados foram utilizados al?m da an?lise de fontes bibliogr?ficas prim?rias e secund?rias, entrevistas, question?rios, observa??o n?o participante e t?cnica de grupo focal, direcionados a diferentes categorias profissionais dentro da institui??o e aos estudantes dos ?ltimos anos/per?odos dos cursos t?cnicos de n?vel m?dio nas formas integrado e subsequente em meio Ambiente, Secretariado e Com?rcio. No decorrer deste trabalho, verificou-se que a institui??o investigada, n?o est? conseguindo garantir que o est?gio supervisionado se configure como um ato educativo, uma complementa??o do ensino e da aprendizagem, conforme apontado na legisla??o espec?fica.
