Resumo: | The population dynamic of Lymnaea columella in pastures was estudies for a period of 6 years in dairy farms positive for Fasciola hepatica. This research was developed in the contries of Piquete and Reden??o da Serra, both in the State of S?o Paulo. The results obtained were different for each farm, revealing that the population dynamic of molluscs is closely related to climatic and ecologic factors, such as rainfall, contry of Piquete, the increase temperature and biotop. In the in variation of the population density fluctuated in direct relationship to the decreasing of temparature and pluviosity, being the largest number of molluscs captured during the dry period of the year, from May to October. On the other hand, in the country of Reden??o da Serra, the high organic matter content in the biotop was responsible to make easy the capture the largest number of mollucs in the period of January to March, wich corresponded to the period of high temperature and rainfall. Frisa-se a import?ncia do conhecimento da din?mica e da ecologia de L. columella, j? que a cada aumento na difus?o do molusco aumenta a possibilidade da difus?o da Fasciolose. |

Frisa-se a import?ncia do conhecimento da din?mica e da ecologia de L. columella, j? que a cada aumento na difus?o do molusco aumenta a possibilidade da difus?o da Fasciolose.Durante seis anos foi estudada a biodin?mica populacional de Lymnaea columella na pastagem. O estudo foi realizado nos munic?pios de Piquete e de Reden??o da Serra, Estado de S?o Paulo, em fazendas de explora??o leiteira, positivas a presen?a da F. hepatica. Os resultados obtidos para ambas fazendas foi diferente, revelando que a din?mica da popula??o de moluscos est? intimamente relacionada aos fatores clim?ticos, chuva e temperatura e ecol?gicos, bi?topo. No munic?pio de Piquete o aumento na varia??o da densidade populacional, flutuou em rela??o direta com a diminui??o das temperaturas e da pluviosidade, sendo que o maior n?mero de moluscos foi capturado no per?odo seco do ano, maio a outubro. The population dynamic of Lymnaea columella in pastures was estudies for a period of 6 years in dairy farms positive for Fasciola hepatica. This research was developed in the contries of Piquete and Reden??o da Serra, both in the State of S?o Paulo. The results obtained were different for each farm, revealing that the population dynamic of molluscs is closely related to climatic and ecologic factors, such as rainfall, contry of Piquete, the increase temperature and biotop. In the in variation of the population density fluctuated in direct relationship to the decreasing of temparature and pluviosity, being the largest number of molluscs captured during the dry period of the year, from May to October. On the other hand, in the country of Reden??o da Serra, the high organic matter content in the biotop was responsible to make easy the capture the largest number of mollucs in the period of January to March, wich corresponded to the period of high temperature and rainfall.
