Influ?ncia das raz?es molares SiO2/Al2O3 e Me/Al2O3 sobre as propriedades de peneiras moleculares tipo SAPO-34 e MeAPSO-34

Resumo: The molecular SAPO-34 was synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization method using 4 different values for the molar ratio SiO2/Al2O3 at 3 different reaction times (24h, 48h and 120). The molecular MeAPSO-34 was synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization method using two different metals, niquel and cobalt, using 5 molar ratio Me/Al2O3 different (0.0; 0.01; 0.02; 0.03 and 0.04 ). All samples of SAPO-34 and MeAPSO-34 obtained were characterized by X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption, ammonia temperature programmed desorption and scanning electron microscopy. The analysis of X-ray diffraction confirmed the achievement of the CHA structure type in all cases. By nitrogen adsorption specific area were obtained, and values of specific micropore volume compatible with the expected structure (CHA). It was also observed that the acidity of the samples strongly depends on its chemical composition.

A peneira molecularar MeAPSO-34 foi sintetizada pelo m?todo de cristaliza??o hidrot?rmica utilizando 2 metais diferentes, n?quel e cobalto, utilizando 5 raz?es molares Me/Al2O3 diferentes ( 0,0; 0,01; 0,02; 0,03 e 0,04). Todas as amostras de SAPO-34 e MeAPSO-34 obtidas foram caracterizadas por difra??o de raios-x, adsor??o de nitrog?nio, dessor??o de am?nia a temperatura programada e microscopia eletr?nica de varredura. A an?lise de difra??o de raios-x confirmou a obten??o da estrutura tipo CHA para todos os casos. Por adsor??o de nitrog?nio foram obtidos valores de ?rea espec?fica e volume espec?fico de microporo compat?veis com a estrutura esperada (CHA).
