Resumo: Sugar cane is one of the most important cultures to national and international economy due to duction of sugar and ethanol. New technologies are necessary to increase its productivity and quality with minimum damage to the environment. In this context, the inoculation with plant growth-promoting bacteria could be one of the tools used to reach those objectives, since the activity of atmospheric nitrogen fixation and growth promoting allow economic profits, with decreasing of environmental impacts. The aim of this work is to evaluate the effects of inoculating diazotrophic bacteria in the sugar cane RB92579, RB867515 and IACSP95-5000 varieties. The first experiment consisted in a pre-germination phase in a greenhouse, were used a completely randomized experimental design with 48 replications to RB92579 and randomized block experimental design with 4 replications to RB867515 and IACSP95-5000. Other experiments also were conducted out greenhouse in vases containing soil enriched with 15 N, were used a completely randomized experimental design with 19 replications to RB92579 and 8 replications to RB867515 and IACSP95-5000. In both experiments, the treatments used for the RB92579 variety were: inoculated with five strains and uninoculated. To RB867515 and IACSP95-5000 were used seven treatments: uninoculated; inoculated with five strains; inoculated with G. diazotrophicus; inoculated with H. rubrisubalbicans; inoculated with H. seropedicae; inoculated with A. amazonense and inoculated with B. tropica. Were observed significant differences to the macronutrients accumulation (N and P) and modified germination slope of RB92579 variety, but significant differences were not observed to the amount of 15N atoms between treatments. In the variety IACSP95-5000 the inoculation with Gd, Hr, Aa e Bt improved germination in greenhouse and out greenhouse the inoculation increased K accumulation (inoculation with Gd, Hr, Hs e Bt) and P (inoculation with five strains and inoculation with Gd, Hr, Hs e Bt). However, the inoculation with Aa decreased the biomass accumulation and macronutrients accumulation (N, P e K). For the variety RB867515 in greenhouse the inoculation with Hr, Aa e Bt improved germination, but after 44 days the inoculation with Bt decreased the biomass accumulation. In the cultivation out of greenhouse the inoculation with five strains and inoculation with Hs, Aa e Bt improved nitrogen accumulation of variety RB867515. There are not results about the amount of 15N atoms to RB867515 an IACSP95-5000 yet. The effect of inoculation was different between varieties, but the inoculation with Gd, Hr e Hs showed better results to RB867515 and IACSP95-5000 varieties.

No. of bitstreams: 1 2014 - Valfredo Almeida Chaves.pdf: 2291623 bytes, checksum: 25b901cf6c4df31243ad31306609f187 (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2019-11-06T19:08:33Z (GMT).
