Resumo: | That master's degree dissertation chose as study object to research the challenges of the person's inclusion with deficiency in the Education of Youths and Adults (EJA), through the lenses of the Critical Theory, that allows to problematize the subjects historical, social, economical and cultural that they contributed to the study, relating them to the inclusive education in that teaching modality. As research objectives defined: to discuss on the conception and the impacts of the "contrary inclusion" in a school unit that historically was destined, exclusively the Special Education; To characterize the politics of young and adult students' inclusion, target audience of the Special Education, in the Municipal School Albert Sabin, in the Municipal district of Purple Belford / RJ; To characterize, in the extent of the Public Politics of education of the Municipal district of Purple Belford / RJ, the conception and the implementation of the Specialized (AEE) Education Service; to characterize the teachers' formation, in view the service of the students target audience's of the Special Education and pedagogic demands in the Education of Youths and Adults; and to contemplate concerning the teachers' formation and his/her implication in the students target audience's of the Special Education inclusion in EJA. This research stands out as theoretical and methodological referencial in the Critical Theory, with prominence for the thinkers Theodor Adorno and Hellmut Becker. However, it is worth to highlight that other studious, like Costa, Damasceno and Freire, they are considered in the discussion and analysis of the study object. As methodological procedures / instruments were used documental analysis regarding EJA, observation of the field, characterization questionnaire and glimpsed half structured. The results of this investigation reveal that the school is walking to slow steps in this process, mainly in EJA, where he/she still notices a resistance on the part of the adult students, that you/they don't get to understand the space as school atmosphere, but attributing him/her the assistencial value, doing with that the resistance increases. |

Como objetivos de pesquisa definimos: discutir sobre a concep??o e os impactos da ?inclus?o contr?ria? em uma unidade escolar que historicamente se destinou exclusivamente a Educa??o Especial; caracterizar a pol?tica de inclus?o de estudantes jovens e adultos, p?blico-alvo da Educa??o Especial, na Escola Municipal Albert Sabin, no Munic?pio de Belford Roxo/RJ; caracterizar, no ?mbito das Pol?ticas P?blicas de educa??o do Munic?pio de Belford Roxo/RJ, a concep??o e a implementa??o do Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE); caracterizar a forma??o de professores, em vista o atendimento das demandas educacionais e pedag?gicas dos estudantes p?blico-alvo da Educa??o Especial na Educa??o de Jovens e Adultos; e refletir acerca da forma??o de professores e sua implica??o na inclus?o de estudantes p?blico-alvo da Educa??o Especial na EJA. Esta pesquisa destaca como referencial te?rico e metodol?gico a Teoria Cr?tica, com ?nfase para os pensadores Theodor Adorno e Hellmut Becker. Contudo, vale destacar que outros estudiosos, como Costa, Damasceno e Freire, s?o considerados na discuss?o e an?lise do objeto de estudo. Como procedimentos/instrumentos metodol?gicos foram utilizados a an?lise documental referente ? EJA, observa??o do campo, question?rio de caracteriza??o e entrevista semiestruturada.
