According to data from the Brazilian Association of Alzheimer's of Sergipe-(2017) ABRAz the demand for caregivers on the part of the population from Aracaju demonstrates quite expressive, where, in most cases the demand for caregivers do not provide the local need. In addition to, only a few appropriate places are able to receive the elderly with specific service, it is a concerning factor due to the increasing life expectancy of Brazilians, which, makes the segment ‘professional care to the elderly’ a lucrative option for investing. In this way, the present study has as main objective to draw up a business plan for the opening of a Hotel for seniors in the city of Aracaju (SE) in order to check the feasibility of the same. The study also sought to analyze the sector of elderly hotel in the city, preparing the Marketing Plan; set the operational plan for this project, defining appropriate actions to human resources, defining the financial plan for the business, and finally checking the viability of the business. Once the survey had been concluded, it was able to see that through knowledge about the hospitality market for seniors in the city of Aracaju (SE). The study of the behavior and positioning of the main competitors, the examination of the characteristics of the target audience and the diagnosis of the main risks, it was possible to conclude that there is a need for investment in the area. Since the demand from people seeking and needing, the help of caregivers is great, and, on the other hand, the skilled labour does not fulfill the need. In this way, the enterprise has a potential market in the region studied, competing directly with their direct and indirect competitors
