Background: The relationship between work and the health-disease process has been recognized since Antiquity. In Brazil, worker health is divided into two moments: before and after a health reform, which was responsible for health policies as a creation of the Reference Center on Occupational Health, whose to incorporate health of the health service network of SUS. Objective: To identify the sociodemographic profile and clinical symptoms of the user attended in reference service of Lagarto, Sergipe. Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study with data of 444 medical records of workers served between 2017 and 2019 organized and approved in the program Microsoft Office Excel version 2019. Approved by the research ethics committee of the Federal University of Sergipe. The sociodemographic data were: age, sex, occupation, place of residence and geographical area; the clinicians: symptoms, complaints and their time of occurrence; of assistance: situation in service and origin of referral and work: use of PPE, time of occupation and work situation. Results: The majority of the votes were male (52.03%) and an average age was 45.93 years. Data are concentrated in the age range of 46 to 60 years (34.03%). The most severe symptoms were osteomuscular and cutaneous (31.98%) and less frequent neuropsychiatric (4.05%), which predominated in females (66.67%). The tertiary sector had a predominance in work accidents (54.17%), as well as in the neuropsychiatric ones (78.57%). Conclusion: The profile of the worker attended has the majority of males. However, the health problems related to neuropsychiatric symptoms, the female sex was the majority.
