This work seeks, through experience reports, to point out the multiple paths that permeate dance research through the practice in which I have been developing as an undergraduate in the dance degree course at the Federal University of Sergipe, based on my participation in the Special Topics curricular component. in Dance I, in the Humus group and in the optional component Improvisation II, in parallel with my identity experience inside and outside of dance, violence, prejudice and the challenges of being an effeminate queer queer. Being experienced in the subjectivity of the binary concept of masculinity and femininity and the deconstruction of this pattern. Based on the concepts of authors such as Brad Haseman (2015), Guacira Lopes Louro (2000), Giuliano Souza Andreoli (2010), Cláudia Marisa Oliveira (2012), Eva Faleiros (2007), Nailanita Prette and Bya Braga (2020), among others, this work makes an important contribution to studies and production in dance and gender issues and to reflect on the situation experienced and on how to base research in practice and then create your own observations, understandings, interpretations.
