Análise do perfil dos pacientes covid-19 pós hospitalização: um estudo feito em um hospital universitário do Estado de Sergipe

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic and the need to affect functionality, function and quality of life can directly contribute to the health of patients as cognitive and quality. Objective: To analyze the functional and cognitive profile, symptoms of anxiety and depression in the life of post-COVID-19 patients in a university hospital in the state of Sergipe. Methods: an observational, descriptive and analytical, cross-sectional reference study was carried out, with analysis, with post-hospitalization patients performed at the University Hospital of Lagarto (HUL), care for the State of Sergipe with COVID-19. 18 years old participants who signed the LE digitally, age over 18 years old that appear in a superior electronic form. Participants were met via voice call to 19 of the SF-19 Post-COVID-thel Status, 1 item Short Portable Mental Statusaire, HADS and SF2. Results: were reported after the hospitalization of 41 participants for COVID-19. Of these, 65.85% were male with a mean age of 4.66 (±1.17,60.97%), presented during the performance of functional activities, 24.38% cognitive impairment, 25% anxiety, 242.5% physical depression and 63.41% showed dissatisfaction with the quality of life on the domain, while 68.29% on the mental domain. Conclusion: The study data suggest that the posthospitalization population for COVID-19 presents a profile with functional limitations in activities of daily living when associated with symptoms of pain, anxiety and depression. In addition, mild and moderate cognitive impairment, as well as quality of life impairment, especially related to the physical domain, are frequently observed in these patients.
