Os desafios do secretário homossexual masculino no ambiente corporativo

This research aimed at describing and analyzing the challenges of a male homosexual secretary in an environment corporative, by searching to verify the factors that stigmatize male secretary professional; it aimed also at examining the employability of male homosexual in secretariat profession and investigate if this sexual orientation influence the relationship with him and his bosses and job colleagues. This is a descriptive study, with use of both qualitative and quantitative elements. To collect this survey data, we applied a questionnaire with both objective and discursive questions for memberships of a particular social network, compound by 445 male students and professionals of secretariat, from which only 12 answered those questions. The participant speeches were analyzed by a Critic Speech Analyze (CSA) way. The obtained results showed significate advances in the acceptance of their homosexuality in corporative settings and in secretariat profession. They were also well accepted in educational spaces, although homophobia still expresses itself in society, in a wide context, in a violent and continuous way
