This work has as its theme the elaboration of a study on how to apply the principles of Biophilia in public spaces in a popular neighborhood. To this end, the neighborhood chosen to develop the theme is Bairro Rosa Elze, in São Cristóvão/SE. In this way, the objective is to propose landscape studies in the public areas of the neighborhood, analyzing the way in which biophilia contributes to improving human health, within the configuration in which the neighborhood finds itself today. The methodology to meet the proposed objective relies on data from the City Hall along with photographic surveys, surveys of plant species in the area covered, checking the low level of afforestation and paying attention to residents' opinions regarding dissatisfaction with the quality of the public spaces offered. Following this path, the results obtained were the proposal for the restructuring of 4 (four) spaces in the neighborhood that contribute to social well-being conditions and improved quality of life for the user.
