Resumo: Objective: To develop a protocol in the area of ??Orofacial Motricity for the evaluating of individuals victims of facial trauma based on a literature review. Research strategy: A bibliographic survey was carried out in the databases Scielo-Brasil, PubMed, Lilacs, CAPES periodicais.. Twerty- eight articles were analyzed for an ntegrative qualitative i literature review, with a primary and descriptive 20objective. Selection criteria: Complete studies Portuguese and English, published between 2004 and 2021 were included. Development of the proposal: The protocol developed consists of 10 parts: identification, past history, body posture, structural assessment, pain, breathing, chewing , swallowing, speech and conclusion. Conclusion: The Orofacial Myofunctional Assessment Protocol in Facial Trauma was developed through an integrative literature review and depends on it being applied by professionals in the area for validation..

Estratégia de pesquisa: Realizou-se um levantamento bibliográfico nas bases de dados Scielo-Brasil, PubMed, Lilacs, Periódicos CAPES. Foram analisados 28 artigos para a revisão de literatura integrativa de caráter qualitativo, com objetivo primário e descritivo. Critérios de seleção: Foram incluídos os estudos completos, português e inglês, com publicação entre 2004 e 2021. Desenvolvimento da proposta: O protocolo desenvolvido é composto por 10 partes: identificação, história pregressa, postura corporal, avaliação estrutural , dor, respiração, mastigação, deglutição, fala e conclusão.
