The research presents a deployment proposal for a Media Library that meets the municipality of Aracaju - SE. The idea of the work is to create a place where it can offer knowledge, culture and leisure. A media library that has autonomous adaptability to new information technologies. Reach all audiences, regardless of age, educational, cultural or economic situation. The entire population has the right to access to information. Seeking open forms, with the function to inform all and encourage the public meeting for a better living in the city. An open cultural establishment, a place of exchange, research, clustering services and pole of excellence. Space for reading, working, meeting, entertainment, curiosity, a social space.
