Resumo: | Among the factors that limit the productivity of crops, root diseases are highlighted, of the aerial part and those that provoke the appearance of burned grains which significantly reduce the physical and physiological quality of grains. It is in this context that the use of Trichoderma species as biocontrol agents in agriculture is inserted. In this way, the objective was select isolates of Trichoderma sp, collected in Sergipe, as antagonists in the growth of phytopathogenic fungi, in vitro. The fungi Rhizhoctonia sp; Funsarium sp; M.phaesolina (Tassi)Goid; A. solani; T. paradoxa, Penicillium sp and A. flavus were evaluated. The mycelial growth, conidia concentration and germination rate of Trichoderma isolates were evaluated. Then was the test of paired cultures of the isolates of Trichoderma on the phytopathogenic fungi. Both tests obtained five repetitions, being each repetition represented by a Petri dish. Only in the antagonism test obtained factorial scheme (7 phytopathogenic isolates and 10 isolates of Trichoderma). The experiments were conducted in an experimental design entirely randomized. Through the tests performed, all 10 isolates of Trichoderma presented antagonistic potential for each phytopathogen. TCTsp004 and TCTsp030 had the highest averages, TCTsp004 presented the highest mycelial growth even though not significantly different, Flamboyant obtained the highest concentration of conidia and TCTsp010 was the only one that obtained lower germination rate than the other isolates. |

É nesse contexto que se insere o uso de espécies de Trichoderma como agentes de biocontrole na agricultura. Dessa forma, o trabalho teve como objetivo selecionar isolados de Trichoderma sp, coletados em Sergipe, como antagonistas no crescimento de fungos fitopatogênicos, in vitro. Foram avaliados os fungos Rizhoctonia sp; Funsarium sp; M. phaesolina; A. solani; T. paradoxa, Penicillium sp. e A. flavus. Avaliou-se o crescimento micelial, concentração de conídiose taxa de germinação dos isolados de Trichoderma. Em seguida realizou-se o pareamento dos isolados de Trichoderma sobre os fungos fitopatogênicos. Ambos os testes obtiveram cinco repetições, sendo cada repetição representada por uma placa de Petri. Apenas no teste de antagonismo obteve esquema fatorial (7 isolados fitopatogênicos e 10 isolados de Trichoderma). Os experimentos foram conduzidos em delineamento experimental inteiramente casualizado. Mediante aos testes realizados, todos os 10 isolados de Trichoderma apresentaram potencial antagônico para cada fitopatógeno. Os maiores destaques foram para o TCTsp004 e TCTsp030 com as maiores médias.
