Resumo: | The Ergonomics is based on a set of principles that seek the comfortable and productive adaptation beetween the human being and the corresponding workstation. With this in mind, the objective of this study is to understand how ergonomic actions influence the development of activies within a DESO Distribution Center located in the municipality of Nossa Senhora do Socorro-SE, containing na área of 661.18 m2. Quantitative and qualitative analyses were carried out using instruments such as the Termo-higro-decibelimetro-luximetro Mod THDL-400, interviews, and periodic visits to the gemba. To support the construction of the Action Plan focused on improvements, methodologies imposed in the Regulatory Standards related to Ergonomics, the OWAS method for effective analysis of posture at the workstation, and tools to assist in task prioritization such as 5W3H and GUT Matrix were used. |

Tendo isso em vista, o objetivo deste estudo é compreender como as ações ergonômicas influenciam no desenvolvimento das atividades dentro de um Centro de Distribuição da DESO localizado no município de Nossa Senhora do Socorro - SE, contendo uma área de 661,18 m2. Análises quantitativas e qualitativas foram realizadas com a utilização de instrumentos como o Termo- higro-decibelimetro Luximetro Mod THDL-400, entrevistas e visitas periódicas ao gemba.
