Resumo: The present work aimed to situate historically the formation of Colony Thirteen, settlement of Lizard/SE, in addition, to discuss the formation of the identity of the Colony. Of course, this formation had COOPERTREZE that appeared in 1962, as the main formator of this identity. Another aspect that the text discussed was that the identity of this village differs from the other settlements of Lizard, creating its flag and anthem and lastly, aiming its independence of Lizard.
