Resumo: This research aims to draw the business plan of a company that operates in the services sector in the beauty segment in the city of Aracaju, taking into consideration the analysis of its technical, economic and financial viability. Market analysis and marketing, operational, financial plans, in addition to the strategic assessment of the business were made. As regards the methodological strategy, a qualitative, descriptive, applied and ex-post research was conducted, which based on the following types of investigation: bibliographical, documentary, field and participatory observation. For data collection, a semi-structured interview was made with the entrepreneur, and questionnaires were applied with clients of the business, composed of open and closed questions. Once the business viability indicators were analyzed, it was found that the undertaking in question is feasible

Foram feitas a análise de mercado e os planos de marketing, operacional, financeiro, além da avaliação estratégica do negócio. No que tange a estratégia metodológica, foi realizada uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, descritiva, aplicada e ex-post facto, que baseada nos seguintes tipos de investigação: bibliográfica, documental, de campo e observação participativa. Para a coleta de dados, foi utilizada entrevista semiestruturada com a empreendedora e aplicação de questionários com as clientes do estabelecimento composto por questões abertas e fechadas.
