As our society is increasingly oriented towards information, organizing data to maximize its usefulness, it presents a challenge for organizations. For managers and coordinators of postgraduate courses this represents new challenges, to manage in a public resources efficiently, guarantee the quality of teaching and maintain the program in quadrennial evaluation. It is necessary, during decision-making, to have information, updated, quality and in a timely manner to overcome challenges. The present work proposes the construction of a Business Intelligence (BI) system formed by three tools: one Data Warehouse (DW) project with information from publications in journals and conferences of all active graduate programs in Brazil, a system of extraction, transformation and load (ETL) to obtain the data, transform and load the data and finally a tool Online Analytical Processing (OLAP). Data Warehouse consists of a collection of data oriented by integrated subjects, variant in time and non-volatile that supports the making decision-making. ETL is a type of data integration in three stages (extraction, transformation, loading) used to combine data from different sources. The OLAP tool allows manipulate and analyze large volumes of data from the perspective of interests. It will be built the Data Warehouse and loaded using the ETL process and finally specified queries OLAP to assist coordination in monitoring the performance of the graduate program in Computer Science at the Federal University of Sergipe
