Comunidade de práticas em terapia ocupacional na saúde mental infantojuvenil: ações e referenciais teóricos metodológicos

Resumo: | INTRODUCTION: The role of Occupational Therapy in Children and Youth Mental Health has been the object of growing study in national and international production. OBJECTIVE: To present the formation of a Community of Practice in Occupational Therapy in the field of Child and Youth Mental Health in a municipality in the interior of the State of Sergipe, highlighting the identification of its practices and theoretical and methodological references. METHODOLOGY: Understanding the community of practices as a space for collaborative learning, capable of producing reflections, new knowledge and collective news about actions, the methodological design of this study was action research. Twenty-one participants participated in the research (professors, students and occupational therapists) who developed actions in children's mental health in different services: CAPSij, outpatient clinic, private clinics, NASF-AB, CER III and multidisciplinary residency. The meetings were organized by themes, following the process of professional practice: actions taken and theoretical-methodological references used, considering the evaluation process, resources / resources / technologies. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: As shown by studies, a community of practices was configured as a space for reception, support and continence and for the shared construction of knowledge and professional improvement. Family-centered practice; field and core of action; professional enhancement and the need for permanent education spaces are some of the points discussed in this study.CONCLUSIONS: The Community of Practice in Occupational Therapy in the field of Child and Youth Mental Health was characterized as a powerful tool for welcoming, problematizing, critically analyzing the practice process, revealing institutional, political and training variables that permeate the construction of reasoning professional and practice process. |

OBJETIVO: Apresentar a formação de uma Comunidade de Práticas em Terapia ocupacional no campo da Saúde Mental Infantojuvenil em um município do interior do Estado de Sergipe, destacando a identificação de suas práticas e referenciais teóricos e metodológicos. METODOLOGIA: Compreendendo a comunidade de práticas como um espaço de aprendizagem colaborativa, capaz de produzir reflexões, novos conhecimentos e avaliações coletivas das próprias ações, o desenho metodológico deste estudo foi a pesquisa ação. Fizeram parte da pesquisa 21 participantes (docentes, discentes e terapeutas ocupacionais) que desenvolvem ações em saúde mental infantojuvenil em diferentes serviços: CAPSij, ambulatório, clínicas privadas, NASF-AB, CER III e residência multidisciplinar. Os encontros eram organizados por temas, seguindo o processo de prática profissional: ações realizadas e referenciais teórico-metodológicos utilizados, considerando o processo de avaliação, intervenções/recursos/tecnologias. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÕES: Assim como apontam estudos, a comunidade de práticas configurou-se como um espaço de acolhimento, apoio e continência e de construção compartilhada de conhecimento e aprimoramento profissional. A prática centrada na família; campo e núcleo de atuação; valorização profissional e a necessidade de espaços de educação permanente, são alguns dos pontos discutidos nesse estudo.
