A niche that has great importance in the country is the public tender, because it provides stability in the career. As The population has great interest in public careers, services focused on the area to assist them in their studies began to emerge. And with the popularization of computers and smartphones, these services began to migrate to digital media, but their vast majority provide only content, without providing an environment where their users can debate, thereby restricting the creation of new content, connections and knowledge, different from what it is in the case of preparatory Courses. In This work we propose to create a social network, using a cross-platform framework (xamarin) that enables to reach several platforms and consequently more people, to assist users in studies for contests, providing a environment where they can collaborate with each other, generating new visions and knowledge, allowing the resolution of issues that would previously be unnoticed, in addition to providing an updated list of contests for their convenience. Finally, an experiment was carried out, where it was possible to evaluate the results obtained and thus validate the solution.
