Resumo: | The COVID19 pandemic, acelerated the insertion of active methodologies, the use se of Technologies by professionals in basic education. However, when the develop a remote digital methodology, in na educational environment, it was found that teachers and students were not prepared to develop or access this information. To introduce the professional who is part of the Technology and Innovation Support Project, in the school of the state education network and provides related measures. The teacher ofthisproject appears asalink of the school and the new educational methodologies made available by the Media Center, reference is made to the State of São Paulo CMSP. This professional faced na even more serious issue, digital social inclusion, lack of internet access in some houses, little study and a lack of understanding of the technological tools of less favored families and, therefore, they are unable to help with their children's academic education at home (TOKARNIA, 2020). It is concluded the State Government, the media center, and the organizers, did not anticipate that the teachers were so unprepared and, a technological teacher to ensure and transmit a large amount of knowledge to overwhelming teachers and students, be they technological, be they didactic and be they pedagogical. |

Porém, houve a necessidade de desenvolver uma metodologia digital remota, em ambiente educacional, verificou-se que docentes e discentes não estavam preparados para se desenvolver ou acessar estas informações. Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar o profissional que faz parte do Projeto de Apoio a Tecnologia e Inovação nas unidades escolares da rede estadual de ensino do Estado de São Paulo. O professor deste projeto surge como um elo das unidades escolares e as novas metodologias educacionais disponibilizadas pelo Centro de Mídia disponibilizado pelo Governo Estadual. Este profissional se deparou com a questão de inclusão social digital, falta de acesso à internet nas moradias, o pouco estudo e a falta de entendimento das ferramentas tecnológicas pelas famílias, que não conseguem ajudar na educação acadêmica dos filhos em casa (TOKARNIA, 2020).
