Resumo: | In the Brazilian legal system the crime of murder is typified in the Penal Code in Article 121 of the special part, chapter 1, of crimes against life. The homicide definition it is the elimination of human life caused by another individual. This is a common crime that can be practiced by anyone, remembering a minor manage, does not practice crime, but, criminal offense analogous to crime. The murder it is a material offense because the conduct and result it is required, that would be the result naturalistic and its material object the victim's body. The murder of crime is divided into simple, qualified and privileged, and this study aimed to study the cases of murders in Aracaju in the years 2010-2015, in order to verify the relationship between the means employed (firearm, weapon and other means) and variables obtained occurrences bulletins (time, day of week, month, year and age of the victim) through multivariate statistical method of correspondence analysis. We attempted to verify the possible associations between the means employed and variables such as actually the time range, day of week, month, age group and year, so that after the analysis, the relationships were identified. A map was generated with the aid of georeferencing, this technique allows the verification of the neighborhoods of higher incidences of homicide because of the need to obtain the actual demarcation of an area without running the risk of overlapping this in the number of cases. It was then found that the districts of highest incidence were the Santa Maria, Central and Capucho. And in relation to the means employed, the weapon was associated with the shift to dawn, to the days of Saturday and Monday, the victims> 35 years and the month of June, while the gun had a greater relationship with shifts morning and evening, on the days of Tuesday and Wednesday and especially the months of April, July and November, moreover, indicated that the main victims of firearms are young people between 18 and 24 years |

A definição de homicídio trata-se da eliminação da vida humana causada por outro indivíduo, de um crime comum que pode ser praticado por qualquer pessoa, lembrando que um indivíduo menor de idade, não pratica crime, e sim, infração penal análoga a crime. O homicídio trata-se de um crime material, pois exige-se a conduta e um resultado, que seria o resultado naturalístico e tem como objeto material o corpo da vítima. O crime de homicídio doloso se divide em simples, qualificado e privilegiado, e neste trabalho buscou-se estudar os casos de homicídios dolosos em Aracaju nos anos de 2010 a 2015, buscando verificar a relação entre os meios empregados (arma de fogo, arma branca e outros meios) e variáveis obtidas de boletins de ocorrências (horário, dia da semana, mês, ano e idade da vítima),através do método estatístico multivariado de análise de correspondência.Buscou-se verificar as possíveis associações existentes entre o meio empregado e variáveis como: faixa de horário do fato, dia da semana, mês, faixa de idade e ano, para que após as análises fossem identificadas as relações. Um mapa foi gerado com o auxílio de georreferenciamento, esta técnica possibilita a verificação dos bairros de maiores incidências de homicídios, devido a necessidade de se obter a delimitação real de uma determinada área sem correr os riscos de sobreposição desta, em relação ao número de casos.
