Resumo: Objective: To perform the spatial distribution of syphilis cases in pregnant women in the State of Sergipe during 2015-2017. Methods: Ecological and descriptive study, carried out with secondary data from the Notifiable Diseases Information System (Sinan) from January 2015 to December 2017. Results: most cases predominated among non-white women with low education, in the ideal age range for parturition. Syphilis in pregnant women has been 2 growing linearly, especially among adolescents. Almost the entire state is highly vulnerable, however syphilis cases are concentrated in the coastal region, the most developed in Sergipe. Conclusion: Syphilis is a serious public health problem in the state of Sergipe, with high vulnerability and the need for investment in preventive and educational actions.

Resultados: las mujeres no blancas, con baja educación, predominaron en el rango de edad ideal para el parto. Los casos de sífilis en mujeres embarazadas han estado creciendo linealmente, especialmente en adolescentes. Casi todo el estado es altamente vulnerable, sin embargo, los casos de sífilis se concentran en la región costera, la más desarrollada en Sergipe. Conclusión: la sífilis es un grave problema de salud pública en el estado de Sergipe, con alta vulnerabilidad y la necesidad de invertir en acciones preventivas y educativas.Objetivo: Realizar a distribuição espacial dos casos de sífilis em gestantes do Estado de Sergipe no período de 2015-2017. Métodos: Estudo ecológico e descritivo, realizado com dados secundários do Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação do período de janeiro de 2015 a dezembro de 2017. Resultados: predominaram mulheres não brancas, de baixa escolaridade, na faixa etária ideal para parturição. Os casos de sífilis em gestantes vêm crescendo linearmente, especialmente em adolescentes. Quase todo o estado apresenta alta vulnerabilidade, no entanto, os casos de sífilis se concentram na região litorânea, a mais desenvolvida de Sergipe.
