Logística de distribuição e entrega dos objetos do Programa Nacional do Livro Didático – PNLD: um estudo de caso na unidade dos correios de Aracaju-Sergipe

Resumo: | The current market demands greater efficiency by organizations in their respective logistical strategies in order to stimulate competition by moving companies beyond local boundaries into wider markets. Allowing the logistics of these companies to act in order to broaden their relations with foreign markets. Based on this premise, the present work has the concern to study the thematic of logistics processes in the business environment, having as object of study the Logistics model of Distribution and Delivery of Objects of the National Program of Didactic Book – PNLD carried out by the Brazilian Postal and Telegraph Company (ECT). The results show that logistics is undoubtedly an important factor in the development of the country and in the movement of products. Although, logistics faces many problems in Brazil, such as roads and inefficient ports that are the main channels of distribution of products. |

Permitindo que a logística dessas empresas atue de forma a ampliar as suas relações com os mercados exteriores. Partindo desta premissa, o presente trabalho tem a preocupação em estudar a temática dos processos logísticos no ambiente empresarial, tendo como objeto de estudo o modelo de Logística de Distribuição e Entrega dos Objetos do Programa Nacional do Livro Didático – PNLD realizado pela Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telégrafos (ECT). Os resultados mostram que a logística é indiscutivelmente um fator importante do desenvolvimento do país e na movimentação dos produtos.
