Resumo: This study aims to analyze the contributions of the professional training of young graduates in the Learning Programs of the National Service for Professional Learning (Senac) in Sergipe, from the Professional Training Center of Aracaju (CFP-Aju), to verify the contributions of training for insertion in the labor market. We have specific objectives: to contextualize Senac's professional education on the national scene and in Aracaju-SE, reflecting on training from the perspective of young graduates and learning instructors; investigate whether professional training in the Senac / SE Learning Programs contributed to the insertion of young people into the labor market; investigate how these work and educational trajectories after leaving the programs; their projects for the field of work and education. Starting from the research problem, what did this training actually contribute to the insertion of young graduates in the labor market? To answer this question, we will focus on technical and professional training through Senac's Apprenticeship Programs, which provided young people related to work linked to the Apprenticeship Law No. 10,097 / 2000, which requires the mandatory hiring of young people aged between 14 and 24 years old as apprentices, under the aegis of labor legislation and protection of Brazilian youth. The research was developed from a study with a qualitative and quantitative approach, with young people from the Learning Programs of Senac-SE, in the city of Aracaju. There were 250 questionnaires with these young people aged between 18 and 24 years, of both sexes; 10 young people were selected for the semi-structured interviewees and 05 learning instructors who participated in the professional training. The theoretical framework was founded on historical-dialectical materialism. The categories analyzed were “work, education and youth(s)”, from a perspective of professional training, including young graduates as subjects, the subjects who experienced all the learning. For data analysis of this study, a “content analysis” was used. Therefore, the constant changes in the field of work have generated objective and subjective changes in the lives of the subjects who work and in this scenario, young people are the ones affected, exposure to work and precarious jobs. In summary, although this program is aimed at inserting these young graduates into the labor market, it ends up not being able to do it, because it is not able to do this, because this is a program that does not have an inspection to guarantee this insertion, in fact there is a deficit in relation to the education of young people, which makes it difficult for them to enter and remain in this job market. Effectively, this program ends up serving the interests of capital much more, because it promotes a precarious qualified workforce.

Temos os objetivos específicos: contextualizar a educação profissional do Senac no cenário nacional e em Aracaju-SE, refletindo sobre a formação na perspectiva dos jovens egressos e instrutores da aprendizagem; investigar se a formação profissional nos Programas de Aprendizagem do Senac/SE contribuiu para a inserção dos jovens no mercado de trabalho; investigar as trajetórias de trabalho e educacionais destes após a saída dos programas; reconhecer os seus projetos para o campo do trabalho e da educação. Partindo do problema de pesquisa, o que de fato essa formação contribuiu para a inserção dos jovens egressos no mercado de trabalho? Para responder essa questão, iremos nos pautar na formação técnico-profissional ofertada através dos Programas de Aprendizagem do Senac, que proporcionaram aos jovens relação de trabalho vinculada à Lei da Aprendizagem nº 10.097/2000, que exige a obrigatoriedade de contratação de jovens entre 14 a 24 anos de idade como aprendizes, à égide da legislação trabalhista e de proteção aos jovens brasileiros. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida a partir de estudo com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, com jovens dos Programas de Aprendizagem do Senac-SE, na Cidade de Aracaju. Foram aplicados 250 questionários com esses jovens com idade entre 18 a 24 anos, de ambos os sexos; foram selecionados 10 jovens para as entrevistadas semiestruturadas e 05 instrutores da aprendizagem que participaram da formação profissional. O referencial teórico foi fundamentado no materialismo históricodialético. As categorias analisadas foram “trabalho, educação e juventude(s)”, numa perspectiva de formação profissional, compreendendo os jovens egressos como sendo os sujeitos que vivenciaram toda a aprendizagem. Para análise dos dados desse estudo, foi utilizada a “análise do conteúdo”. Logo, as constantes transformações no campo do trabalho têm gerado mudanças objetivas e subjetivas na vida dos sujeitos que trabalham e neste cenário, os jovens substancialmente são os mais afetados, estando expostos ao desemprego e trabalhos precarizados. Em resumo, esse programa embora seja direcionado para inserir esses jovens egressos no mercado de trabalho, acaba por não dar conta, pois ele não consegue fazer isso, até porque esse é um programa que não se tem uma fiscalização para se garantir essa inserção, na verdade existe um déficit em relação a escolarização desses jovens que dificultam a sua inserção e permanência nesse mercado de trabalho.
