Mapeamento tecnológico sobre o controle e combate da brucelose bovina

Resumo: Bovine brucellosis (Brucella abortus) is a disease, an infectious and contagious disease caused by gram-negative bacteria that is committed to public and animal health, being considered zoonotic character. Faced with the imminent concern and incessant by improvements in the control and combat of bovine brucellosis, the scientific society seeks to develop effective means of eradicating the disease in the future. Immunization of all the flock with the vaccine B19 is one of the effective methods to combat and control the spread of microorganisms. The Technological Prospection is a tool aimed at the scientific and technological development, in medium and long term, from various sectors of industry, economy or society as a whole, becoming a reliable resource that organizes and compiles the technological information which is accessed in conducting a prospective study for the academic and scientific area is the database. The basis of patents in Brazil is the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), worldwide known the European Patent Office (EPO) that comprises global bases (worldwide), European (EP), and the WIPO (WIPO). The objective of this work it was conducting a mapping technology to control and combat of bovine brucellosis eradication and to evaluate in the State of Sergipe. One of the ways to check the technological development of bovine brucellosis is the study of technological prospecting in the analysis of patent applications. The technological mapping was performed in the databases of the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and European Patent Office (EPO). The results were analysed in the period from March 13 until April 25, 2014, verifying the holdings of countries in patent deposits, most notably the Russia with the biggest number of filing patents. There was even a greater number of patents filed in 1997, 2008 and 2011. The 5 greatest inventors the highlight was the Adams Leslie Garry (US) and the 10 largest companies with the largest number of deposits was the China Agricultural University (CN) with 6 patent deposit. The international classifications most abundant in this prospecting were A61K and C12N. Official data collected from EMDAGRO in the year 2012 we can observe that the most common type of farming is extensive, covering the conditions of creation turns out that 79% do not take appropriate steps as fetuses and placentas, plus 92% do not perform diagnostic tests. Regarding the management of animals was determined that the introduction of animals comes directly from other farms without vaccination coverage. Regarding the management of the property, pointing out that 48% no veterinary inspection at the place of slaughter and 82% don´t split the pickets for females during calving and/or postpartum. About technical assistance and serologic tests, 93% do not present any assistance, although 99% of serologic tests came back negative. On the results obtained, identified that it is of the utmost importance to invest in new research and technologies in character to promote the eradication and/or control of bovine brucellosis. In addition to encourage producers to adopt important measures for controls.

Diante da preocupação eminente e incessante por melhorias no controle e combate da brucelose bovina, a sociedade científica busca desenvolver meios eficazes a futura erradicação da doença. A imunização de todo o rebanho com a vacina B19 é um dos métodos eficazes no combate e controle da propagação dos microrganismos. A Prospecção Tecnológica é uma ferramenta que visa o desenvolvimento científico e tecnológico, em médio e longo prazo, de diversos setores da indústria, economia ou sociedade como um todo, tornando-se um recurso confiável que organiza e compila as informações tecnológicas o qual é acessado na realização de um estudo prospectivo para a área acadêmica e cientifica é o banco de dados. A base de patentes no Brasil é o Instituto Nacional de Propriedade Industrial (INPI), mundialmente se conhece a European Patent Office (EPO) que compreende as bases mundiais (worldwide), europeia (EP), e da OMPI (WIPO). O objetivo desse trabalho foi realizar um mapeamento tecnológico para o controle e combate da brucelose bovina e avaliar a erradicação no Estado de Sergipe. Uma das formas de verificar o desenvolvimento tecnológico da brucelose bovina é o estudo de prospecção tecnológica na análise de pedidos de patentes. O mapeamento tecnológico foi realizado nas bases de dados do Instituto Nacional de Propriedade Industrial (INPI) e European Patent Office (EPO). Foram analisados os resultados no período de 13 de março até 25 de abril de 2014, verificando as participações dos países nos depósitos de patentes, destacando-se a Rússia com o maior número de depósito de patentes. Observou-se ainda um maior número de patentes depositadas em 1997, 2008 e 2011. Os 5 maiores inventores o destaque foi a Adams Leslie Garry (US) e das 10 maiores empresas com o maior número de depósitos foi a Univ China Agricultural (CN) com 6 deposito de patentes. As classificações internacionais mais abundantes nessa prospecção foram A61K e C12N. Dos dados oficiais coletados da EMDAGRO no ano de 2012 pode-se observar que o tipo de criação mais comum é o extensivo, referente às condições de criação verifica-se que 79% não tomam adequadas providências quanto fetos abortados e placentas, além de 92% não realizam testes diagnósticos. No tocante a gestão dos animais foi averiguada que a introdução de animais vem diretamente de outras fazendas sem cobertura vacinal. Quanto à gestão da propriedade, observou-se que em 48% não há inspeção veterinária no local de abate e, 82% não separam os piquetes para fêmeas na fase de parto e/ou pós-parto. A cerca de assistência técnica e testes sorológicos, 93% não apresentam assistência, apesar de 99% dos testes sorológicos serem negativos. Diante dos resultados obtidos, identificou-se que é de suma importância o investimento em novas pesquisas e tecnologias em caráter de promover a erradicação e/ou controle da brucelose bovina.
