Proposta de aplicação da metodologia 5S estudo de caso em uma empresa de refrigeração em Penedo-AL

Resumo: The 5S program methodology is considered as one of the main initial tools that are applied with the intention of acquiring greater efficiency in systems where a quality management system is sought. The objective of this work is to apply the 5S program as well as to analyze the organization of the workspace of a refrigerator maintenance company located in the city of Penedo, in the state of Alagoas, making a comparative study of all the proposed improvements according to the application of the 5 senses. Periodic visits were made to the enterprise with further development of the improvement proposals. The main suggestions for improvement are to change the layout and workstation, as well as a greater concern with the work safety of employees. As suggestions, they were passed on to management for later application in the production process.

As suggestions, they were passed on to management for later application in the production process.A metodologia do programa 5S é considerada como uma das principais ferramentas iniciais que são aplicadas com o intuído de adquirir uma maior eficiência em sistemas onde busca-se um sistema de gestão da qualidade. O objetivo deste trabalho é aplicar o programa 5S bem como analisar a organização do espaço de trabalho de uma empresa de manutenção de refrigeradores alocada na cidade de Penedo, no estado de Alagoas, realizando um estudo comparativo de todas as melhorias propostas de acordo com a aplicação dos 5 sensos. Foram realizadas visitas periódicas ao empreendimento com posterior desenvolvimento das propostas de melhoria. As principais propostas de sugestão de melhoria consistiam na alteração do layout do estabelecimento e nos postos de trabalho, bem como uma maior preocupação com a segurança do trabalho dos colaboradores.
