Resumo: The present research focuses on the analysis of the criteria and principles of professional advancement of physicians who own clinics and hospitals. We have focused here on the medical professionals analyzed under the scope of their social, professional and political paths (in party politics and/or in the politics of representation of the medical class). The basic empirical universe for carrying out the investigation consists of doctors who occupy management positions in clinics and hospitals in Aracaju-SE and whose careers are marked by political-business and/or medicalassociative engagement. From this analysis, it is investigated to cover the struggles between the doctors who own clinics and hospitals for the struggle and professional representation through the resources that I call polyhedral expedients, activated by them. In this way, we can understand the resources and capital that are at the base of the careers of medical entrepreneurs, seeking to apprehend empirical connections between the practice of medicine, the occupation of management positions in medical companies and the insertions in the medical-professional policy and in the partisan. In this way, it is believed that the present work can bring important contributions to identify not only the resources that govern the characterization and positional growth in medicine, but also the specific configurations of the modalities of reconversion of medical-professional resources into business, associative resources. and party politicians.

Nos hemos centrado aquí en los profesionales médicos analizados en el ámbito de sus trayectorias sociales, profesionales y políticas (en la política partidaria y/o en la política de representación de la clase médica). El universo empírico básico para la realización de la investigación está constituido por médicos que ocupan cargos directivos en clínicas y hospitales de Aracaju-SE y cuyas carreras están marcadas por compromiso político-empresarial y/o médico-asociativo. A partir de este análisis, se investiga para abarcar las luchas entre los médicos propietarios de clínicas y hospitales por la lucha y representación profesional a través de los recursos que llamo expedientes poliédricos, activados por ellos. De esta forma, podemos comprender los recursos y capitales que están en la base de las carreras de los empresarios médicos, buscando aprehender conexiones empíricas entre la práctica de la medicina, la ocupación de puestos de dirección en empresas médicas y las inserciones en el mundo médico-profesional. política y en lo partidista. De esta forma, se cree que el presente trabajo puede traer importantes aportes para identificar no sólo los recursos que rigen la caracterización y el crecimiento posicional en medicina, sino también las configuraciones específicas de las modalidades de reconversión de los recursos médico-profesionales en negocios, asociativos recursos y políticos de partidos.A presente pesquisa se concentra na análise dos critérios e princípios de ascensão profissional dos médicos proprietários de clínicas e hospitais. Tem-se aqui focalizado os profissionais da medicina analisados sob o âmbito dos seus trajetos sociais, profissionais e políticos (na política partidária e/ou na política de representação da classe médica). O universo empírico basilar para a realização da investigação consiste nos médicos que ocupam cargos de gestão em clínicas e hospitais de Aracaju-SE, e cujas carreiras estão marcadas pelo engajamento político-empresarial e/ou médicoassociativo. A partir dessa análise, esquadrinha-se abranger as lutas travadas entre os médicos donos de clínicas e hospitais para a lidimação e a representação profissional por meio dos recursos que denomino expedientes poliédricos, por eles acionados. Dessa maneira, podemos compreender os recursos e capitais que estão na base das carreiras dos empresários-médicos, buscando apreender conexões empíricas entre o exercício da medicina, a ocupação de posições de gestão em empresas médicas e as inserções na política médico-profissional e na política partidária.
