This technical report is the result of research carried out in the context of the professional master's degree, focusing on the analysis of the applicability of Conflict Management in Legislative Houses. This technical product results from research carried out in the professional master's degree, which sought to analyze motivation and risk factors in the formation of conflicts. The house was chosen due to the proximity and connection of the researcher, who was once a member of the house, and now serves in another sphere of the Legislative, in addition to the requirement of this professional master's degree to present a technical product for the institution studied. Based on this analysis, the report presents an intervention proposal with an action plan for conflict management, emphasizing organizational communication, training of managers, improvement of the physical structure, continuous monitoring and investigation of potential characteristics that can lead to formation of an unwanted climate, including the possible creation of a group that is responsible for managing conflicts in the House.
