Utilización de herramientas técnicas de análisis funcional para la obtención de postes a partir de PET reciclado

Resumo: The recycling of PET plastic bottles has gained interest due to its contribution to reducing plastic waste in landfills and helping preserve natural resources. This article focused on analyzing aspects of product development for obtaining posts made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The stages of obtaining the posts are described, and the results obtained with each technical tool used are presented. The product development management model proposed by Rozenfeld et al. (2006) was used as a reference framework, specifically the pre-development macro phase. The Mudge method and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) were used to determine the importance level of customer specifications. The functional analysis systematic technique (FAST) diagram and a morphological matrix were employed in the development macro phase to specify the function of each machine part and its functions in subsequent stages. Innovations are recommended to optimize the recycling process and improve the quality of the posts, contributing to the continuous improvement of recycling techniques and promoting sustainable development.

Este artículo se enfocó en analizar aspectos del desarrollo de productos para la obtención de los postes a partir de polietileno tereftalato (PET) reciclados. Se describen las etapas de obtención de los postes, y se presentan los resultados obtenidos con cada herramienta técnica utilizada. Se empleó como marco referencial el modelo de gestión de desarrollo de producto propuesto por Rozenfeld et al. (2006), en la macro fase de pre desarrollo, para determinar el grado de importancia de las especificaciones deseadas por los clientes se utilizó el método de Mudge y el despliegue de la función de la calidad (QFD). Para la macrofase de desarrollo se empleó el diagrama de técnica sistemática de análisis funcional (FAST) y una matriz morfológica para especificar la función de cada una de las partes de la máquina y las funciones de las mismas en las sucesivas etapas.
