O “Jornal de Sergipe” (1879 a 1882) : aspectos políticos provincias no século XIX

In this study, we analyze, from the newspapers, the discourses on Sergipe politics according to the copies of the Sergipe newspaper in the period from 1879 to 1882. So that we outline the following problem: what were the statements about the administration of the current government in this period, understanding their actions regarding the Sergipe province. It aims to identify issues that guided the understanding of the government project and its governability, through the study of leaflets. It is justified by the small number of researches that allow the rescue of political actions, according to local news, understanding how these were disseminated. The search focused on the field of Human Sciences and we used the investigation with sporadic methodology of a historical, documentary and bibliographic nature, based on newspaper sources.
