Resumo: | This paper aims to find an alternative to the headquarters of a plastic company located in the municipality of Nossa Senhora de Socorro-SE, in addition to establishing the best delivery route based on the location of the new headquarters of the organization. For this, the methods chosen to solve the problems were the center of gravity and the traveling salesman, respectively, for the application of the methods was used Logware, in the software the problems are solved by the modules COG and Routeseq. It was informed by the owners of the company that the headquarters was not planned, that is, there were no criteria to define the best place for the operation, as a consequence the company is distant from all its main customers, which causes difficulties in deliveries. |

Para tal, os métodos escolhidos para resolver os problemas foram o centro de gravidade e o do caixeiro viajante, respectivamente, para a aplicação dos métodos foi utilizado o Logware, no software os problemas são solucionados pelos módulos COG e Routeseq.
