Resumo: | The scope of this monograph is multidisciplinary, involving the areas of Computing and Health. The project developed here consists of modeling a tool to support the monitoring of outbreaks of Aedes aegypti. This tool that provides automatic support for activities recommended by two methods of fighting this mosquito: Rapid Index Survey for Aedes aegypti and National Program to Combat Dengue. The proposed system manages the epidemiological cycles and the ctivities performed in each cycle by the municipalities. The tool, when developed, can collect samples and treatment records, executed at the recipients, for issuing daily and epidemiological week reports. The collected samples are examined and their results are recorded by the system to compute the in the Breteau index and building infestation index. The data collected during the activities are made available in the form of reports, graphs and maps and can be exported on XLS, CSV or JSON format via the FIWARE platform. For the design of the proposed tool, the Scrum Solo methodology was adopted and the tool was partially implemented using a JavaScript language with the React, React-Native and NodeJS libraries. |

O projeto aqui desenvolvido consiste em modelar uma ferramenta de apoio ao monitoramento de focos do Aedes aegypti. A ferramenta proposta provê suporte automático às atividades preconizadas por duas metodologias de combate a este mosquito, a saber: Levantamento Rápido de Índice para Aedes aegypti e Programa Nacional de Combate da Dengue. O sistema proposto realiza a gestão dos ciclos epidemiológicos e as atividades realizadas em cada ciclo pelos municípios. A ferramenta, quando desenvolvida, permitirá a coleta de amostras e registro dos tratamentos, realizados nos recipientes, para emissão de relatório diários e por semana epidemiológica. As amostras coletadas são examinadas e seus resultados são registrados na ferramenta para o cálculo dos Índices de Breteau e Infestação Predial. Os dados coletados durante as atividades são disponibilizados em forma de relatórios, gráficos e mapas, e podem ser exportados em formato de XLS, CSV ou JSON via plataforma FIWARE.
