The scope of this monograph is multidisciplinary, involving the areas of Computing and Health. The project developed here consists of modeling a tool to support the monitoring of outbreaks of Aedes aegypti. This tool that provides automatic support for activities recommended by two methods of fighting this mosquito: Rapid Index Survey for Aedes aegypti and National Program to Combat Dengue. The proposed system manages the epidemiological cycles and the ctivities performed in each cycle by the municipalities. The tool, when developed, can collect samples and treatment records, executed at the recipients, for issuing daily and epidemiological week reports. The collected samples are examined and their results are recorded by the system to compute the in the Breteau index and building infestation index. The data collected during the activities are made available in the form of reports, graphs and maps and can be exported on XLS, CSV or JSON format via the FIWARE platform. For the design of the proposed tool, the Scrum Solo methodology was adopted and the tool was partially implemented using a JavaScript language with the React, React-Native and NodeJS libraries.
