Resumo: Insects are organisms abundant in all terrestrial ecosystems, playing a key role because they can affect the primary and secondary energy production, consequently the energy flow and the nutrient cycle. However, what is observed is that the population consider these animals only as pests and disease. Thinking about this distorted view on the group of insects and the various problems associated with the teaching of Zoology, we understand the need to test new ways and / or alternatives to approach this content. Thus, the present work had as objective to know the efficiency of the integration between Inverted Room and other active methodologies, regarding Insects, in the conception of Elementary School students. The research was applied in two public schools, located in the city of São Cristóvão / Sergipe. The research was carried out with two classes of 8th year of elementary school, with an average of 22 students in each. The results were positive in both schools, evidencing the effectiveness of the Inverted Room linked to other Active Methodologies, mainly for one of the colleges. Therefore, it may be proposed that the use of differentiated methodologies is more efficient than the use of only one approach.

Porém, o que se observa é que a população considera esses animais apenas como pragas e causadores de doenças. Pensando nessa visão distorcida sobre o grupo dos insetos e nos vários problemas associados ao ensino de Zoologia, entendemos a necessidade de testar novas formas e/ou alternativas para abordagem desse conteúdo. Assim, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo conhecer a eficiência da integração entre Sala Invertida e outras metodologias ativas, no que tange os Insetos, na concepção de alunos do Ensino Fundamental. A pesquisa foi aplicada em dois colégios públicos, localizados na cidade de São Cristóvão/Sergipe. A pesquisa foi realizada com duas turmas de 8ª ano do Ensino Fundamental, com uma média de 22 alunos em cada. Os resultados foram positivos em ambas as escolas, evidenciando a efetividade da Sala Invertida atrelada à outras Metodologias Ativas, principalmente para um dos colégios.
