Resumo: In the cultivation of lettuce, synthetic fertilizers have been prioritized, increasing the cost of production and its dependence. Thus, the objective of this work was to evaluate the influence of fertilizer on conventional and organic fertilization, as well as the influence of mineral and organic foliar supplementation on lettuce production. The experimental design was in randomized blocks, with three replications and 27 plots, in a 3 x 3 factorial scheme. There were three fertilizations, 12 two conventional fertilizations (one in installments and the other a single application in the transplant) following the recommendation of the culture, and the third, 60 m³ ha-1 of biofertilizer. They were subjected to three supplementation factors: without, with mineral leaf at 0.2%, and biofertilizer at 80% of the syrup. The following were evaluated: fresh mass of the aerial part, dry mass of the aerial part, number of total leaves, number of commercial leaves, stem diameter, commercial part diameter, and stem height. The F and Tukey test was applied at 5% probability with SISVAR software. The highest shoot dry mass (46.66 g plant-1 ) and stem diameter (8.36 mm) was found with biofertilizer, significantly different from conventional split fertilization. For foliar supplementation, none of the evaluated variables was significant. With this, it is concluded that fertilization with biofertilizer can replace conventional fertilization, in addition, the producer must pay attention to the use of foliar fertilizer.
