Resumo: Vinasse is a residue originated mainly in the process of ethanol production by sugarcane, in this sense, the present article will address its areas of activity in the technological field, aiming to determine the importance of the most diverse areas, and from to understand their possible applications, so we used information from the search platform (Scopus) and software use (VOSviewer), for data interactions. With the results it was possible to verify the great interaction of this residue with researches regarding the obtaining of biogas and fertilizers.
