For years logistics has been seen as an activity that overcomes operational procedures, as it also comprises strategic actions fundamental to business success. This logistical relevance became even more explicit during the Covid-19 pandemic, which strengthened, albeit indirectly, ecommerce in different parts of the world, forcing organizations to implement a logistical repositioning in order to meet this social, economic and sanitary situation. In this context, the aim of this study was to analyze how logistics and e-commerce activities are portrayed in case studies and understand their importance for e-commerce. For this, a qualitative-descriptive study was carried out, which adopted meta-synthesis as a research method, whose data were collected from research on the Scopus platform. According to the study, it is evidenced that ecommerce understands logistics as a fundamental part to solve problems and optimize processes and their interactions impact e-commerce by reducing costs and customer satisfaction.
