Resumo: RESUMO: O artigo pretende fazer uma abordagem da natureza diurna no poeta romântico Álvares de Azevedo, relacionando-a a questões caras ao universo romântico. Para isso, faremos a leitura de alguns poemas que compõem a primeira e a terceira parte da obra poética Lira dos vinte anos, dialogando com teorias do imaginário e observando o universo que funda o próprio poeta a partir das imagens diurnas. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Álvares de Azevedo. Poesia. Natureza diurna.        ABSTRACT: The article intends to approach the daytime nature in the romantic poet Álvares de Azevedo, relating to the important questions to the romantic universe. For this, we will read some poems that make up the first and the third part of poetry Lira dos vinte anos, talking with imaginary theories and observing the universe that blows the poet himself from daylight images.
