Resumo: | The study takes the French Discourse Analysis as its theoretical-methodological contribution, and assumes that a discursive formation (DF) has porous borders, which allows the crossing of knowledge and allows us to say that the DF can be a place of equality, but it can also harbor difference and contradiction. From this, supported by Indursky (2008), we propose a displacement of some theoretical issues, mainly regarding the fragmentation of the subject-form of the FD, which implies admitting that, like the discursive formation, the subject-form is also heterogeneous, that is, it harbors difference and ambiguity within it. As a result, the subject-form is space for various subject-positions, which are delineated as there is a distance from the knowledge that organizes the dominant subject-position. From this perspective, based on this possibility of shifting theory, this article aims to analyze the contradictions and discursive tensions present in a statement by the former chief minister of the Civil House, Luiz Eduardo Ramos. Specifically, the corpus is related to the episode in which, not knowing that the meeting of the Federal Council of Supplementary Health was being broadcast via the internet, Ramos declared that he had been immunized for Covid-19, although it was not the orientation, as the former -minister revealed. Subject-positions.Este estudo toma como aporte teórico-metodológico a Análise de Discurso Francesa, e parte do pressuposto de que uma formação discursiva (FD) tem fronteiras porosas, o que possibilita o atravessamento de saberes e nos permite dizer que a FD pode ser lugar de igualdade, mas também pode abrigar a diferença e a contradição. A partir disso, amparados em Indursky (2008), propomos um deslocamento de algumas questões teóricas, principalmente naquilo que tange à fragmentação da forma-sujeito da FD, o que implica admitir que assim como a formação discursiva, a forma-sujeito também é heterogênea, isto é, abriga a diferença e a ambiguidade em seu interior. Em consequência disso, a forma-sujeito é espaço para várias posições-sujeito, as quais vão se delineando conforme há distanciamento dos saberes que organizam a posição-sujeito dominante. Diante dessa perspectiva, pautados nesta possibilidade de deslocar a teoria, este artigo tem o objetivo analisar as contradições e tensionamentos discursivos presentes em uma declaração do ex-ministro-chefe da Casa Civil, Luiz Eduardo Ramos. Em específico, o corpus está relacionado ao episódio no qual, sem saber que a reunião do Conselho Federal de Saúde Suplementar estava sendo transmita via internet, Ramos declarou ter sido imunizado para a Covid-19, embora não era a orientação, conforme o próprio ex-ministro revelou.
