Erotic affect as a strategy of resistance in Alex Polari's poetry

Resumo: This article aims to analyze the poems “Amar em aparelhos” and “Escusas poéticas – II”, both from the work Inventário de cicatrizes (1978), by Alex Polari, from the perspective of the literature of testimony and resistance to the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship (1964-1964). 1985). It seeks, in a specific way, to investigate how eroticism presents itself as a resistance strategy, since the rescue of memories of pleasure, love and desire, tactically, is used as a way of enduring pain, resisting the repressive apparatus that tries, through barbarism, to usurp everything that is part of the human sphere, such as emotions, sensations and feelings. The research, eminently bibliographic, will be based on the theories and critical studies of Adorno (2003), Bosi (1977; 1996), Ginzburg (2013), Moraña (1995), among others. Finally, it is expected that this work can contribute to the studies of testimonial literature, especially the Brazilian one, with emphasis on resistance poetry, expanding its reach of dissemination and debate.

Busca-se, de modo específico, investigar como o erotismo se apresenta como estratégia de resistência, pois o resgate de lembranças de prazer, amor e desejo, taticamente, é usado como um modo de suportar a dor, resistir ao aparelho repressivo que tenta, através da barbárie, usurpar tudo aquilo que faz parte da esfera do humano, como as emoções, sensações e sentimentos. A pesquisa, eminentemente bibliográfica, se fundamentará nas teorias e estudos críticos de Adorno (2003), Bosi (1977; 1996), Ginzburg (2013), Moraña (1995), entre outros.
