Summary: The present essay results from the search of a first approach to the knowledge and reflection related to the intercourse knowledge on the health area. The objective is to discuss shortly the bases, importance and the impediment of the work team the dimensions of the intercourse and some recommendations to the intercourse work. It intends to do a relation of current situations which are on the context of knowledge production and intervention with the handle theme.
