Resumo: | The Covid-19 pandemic has brought challenges to public management around the world, with frequent debates about what would be the most assertive actions to face it. Therefore, this study aimed to understand the elements that influenced the outcome of coping with the pandemic through a systematized integrative review of national and international articles. Theresults showed different typologies of conditioning factors in the fight against Covid-19, which could be aggregated into three interrelated categories: local conjuncture, organizational context and state capacities. These elements are dispersed throughout the territories, giving rise to strategies, partnerships and cooperation instruments to minimize damage to the population. The study results advance the literature by unveiling the complexity of managing crises of this magnitude, contributing to the creation of learning and knowledge management for the benefit of coping with future health crises. |

Revista KatálysisRevista KatálysisRevista Katálysis2023-04-26info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/katalysis/article/view/8981710.1590/1982-0259.2023.e89817Revista Katálysis; Vol. 26 No. 1 (2023): Crise Sanitária, Territórios e Pobreza; 65-76Revista Katálysis; Vol. 26 Núm. 1 (2023): Crise Sanitária, Territórios e Pobreza; 65-76Revista Katálysis; v. 26 n. 1 (2023): Crise Sanitária, Territórios e Pobreza; 65-761982-02591414-4980reponame:Revista Katálysis (Online)instname:Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC)instacron:UFSCporhttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/katalysis/article/view/89817/52567Copyright (c) 2023 Juliana Maria de Araújo, Marco Aurelio Marques Ferreirainfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAraújo, Juliana Maria deFerreira, Marco Aurelio Marques 2023-04-26T22:51:59Zoai:periodicos.ufsc.br:article/89817Revistahttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/katalysis/indexPUBhttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/katalysis/oairevistakatalysis@gmail.com || kataly@cse.ufsc.br || revistakatalysis@hotmail.com1982-02591414-4980opendoar:2023-04-26T22:51:59Revista Katálysis (Online) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC)false |
