Resumo: | This paper analyzes Portugal’s health policy from the perspective of Social Work in time of austerity. We have identified the competencies and responsibilities of Social Work in the field of health and evidenced the trajectory of the National Health Service since its inception until its recent developments. Notably, changes occurred to the health policy during the economic crisis of the State between 2010 and 2015, and an analysis was made of the impact of these changes in Social Service, while considering scenarios where the scarcity of resources and privatization of the sector are both common facts. In order to achieve the goals we have set, we opted for an approach focused on documentary analysis, based on the experience of the authors (evidence-based practice). |

Este artigo pretende identificar essas alterações através da experiência do Serviço Social no sistema de saúde português, situando as suas atribuições na estrutura formal e explicitando em que medida condicionaram o trabalho dos assistentes sociais durante o período de interferência internacional.Revista KatálysisRevista KatálysisRevista Katálysis2017-06-29info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/katalysis/article/view/1982-02592017v20n2p28210.1590/1982-02592017v20n2p282Revista Katálysis; Vol. 20 No. 2 (2017): Pós-graduação e Serviço Social; 282-290Revista Katálysis; Vol. 20 Núm. 2 (2017): Pós-graduação e Serviço Social; 282-290Revista Katálysis; v. 20 n. 2 (2017): Pós-graduação e Serviço Social; 282-2901982-02591414-4980reponame:Revista Katálysis (Online)instname:Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC)instacron:UFSCporhttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/katalysis/article/view/1982-02592017v20n2p282/34409Copyright (c) 2020 Jorge Lopes da Costa, Carla Pinto, Maria Irene Carvalhoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessda Costa, Jorge LopesPinto, CarlaCarvalho, Maria Irene2017-10-09T18:30:37Zoai:periodicos.ufsc.br:article/47644Revistahttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/katalysis/indexPUBhttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/katalysis/oairevistakatalysis@gmail.com || kataly@cse.ufsc.br || revistakatalysis@hotmail.com1982-02591414-4980opendoar:2017-10-09T18:30:37Revista Katálysis (Online) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC)false |
