Resumo: This article aims to analyze the impact of pandemic the new coronavirus of Covid-19 on the LGBTQIA+ community, particularly the situation of transvestites and trans women. With this in mind, this text advocates a secondary analysis in one research aimed at the national LGBTQIA+ population and another research aimed at transvestites and trans women in the city of São Paulo, as well as the bibliographical review of the proposed. To this end, we use the categories that permeate and go beyond gender and include human diversity, taking into account the social relationships of gender, race and social class, as well as those that determine the changes in the world of work in the context of "pandemic capitalism".
