Institutional markets: ensuring sustainable rural development and food and nutrition security

This work aims to present the correlations between institutional market policies, namely, the Food Acquisition Program (PAA) and the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) and the theme of sustainable development from the literature review of relevant works that cover the theme. For this, the Environmental Sociology of Law - SAD was used, an analysis perspective that includes the understanding of socio-juridical phenomena from an environmental perspective. The work is structured in: a) introduction, presents the context of emergence and current situation of the addressed policies; b) development, of a conceptual nature, seeks to understand the SAD, the PAA and the PNAE, in their mutual interactions, in the light of selected theoretical references; c) conclusion, with the analysis of the results achieved, through the connection of the elements previously raised and that, eventually, will contribute to future analyzes of the PAA and PNAE, important instruments of sustainable development.
