Marriage, family, gender and homoeroticism: an interdisciplinary reading

Resumo: The article examines the theoretical studies of kinship and family set by the feminist theory, including the use of the concept of gender and its interpretations, moving on to contemporary formulations on the homoerotic conjugality and the role of the state in its regulation, beginning with the criticism of the concept of sexuality "naturalized" by the figure of the heterosexual couple and their offspring.
