Communication and Technology: a psychoanalytic vision

Resumo: This article approaches the displacement of communication to the technological scope observed in the contemporary world. Along with the obvious benefits arising from the technological progress, we present the perplexities before the possible effects of excess, rapid changes and globalization on the subjects drowning in information overload.  Concepts and operators of the psychoanalysis field have been used for this study. Key-words: Communication; Technology; Psychoanalysis.

Además de los evidentes beneficios que se derivan de los avances tecnológicos, nos enfrentamos con la perplejidad de los posibles efectos del exceso, de los cambios rápidos y de la globalización en los ciudadanos inmersos en este mar de información. Utilizamos en ese estudio, conceptos y operadores del campo del psicoanálisis. Ao lado dos benefícios evidentes resultantes do progresso tecnológico, apresentamos as perplexidades diante dos possíveis efeitos do excesso, das mudanças rápidas e da globalização sobre os sujeitos imersos neste mar de informação. Utilizamos para este estudo conceitos e operadores do campo da psicanálise.
