Resumo: The integration of theory and practice in the classroom is always a challenge. This article presents an experience carried out with a Business Administration Course. Its objective was to register relevant contributions for the development of an Educational Method, which integrates theory and practice in the classroom’s context, as a building Knowledge site. The proposed method was born from the Traditional Seminar, in addition to many other Educational dynamics. This paper is about an Action-Research lead with six groups in the years of 2002 to 2004. It raised reflections concerning the Teach-Learning process and resulted in the proposal of a new Teaching Method obtained from lived experience. Of the some results of this experience it can be detached: the biggest interaction between the students, greater security front to the activities and the learning of the activity of research during the search for theoretical and practical contents.

Este artigo propõe relatar uma experiência realizada em um curso de Administração de Empresas. O objetivo foi o de registrar contribuições relevantes para a constituição de um Método de Ensino que integra a teoria à prática no contexto de sala de aula, como espaço de construção de múltiplos saberes. O método proposto originou-se do Seminário, acrescido de outras estratégias de Ensino enriquecedoras para a dinâmica da Aprendizagem. Trata-se de uma Pesquisa-Ação, envolvendo seis turmas nos anos de 2002 a 2004, que levantou reflexões acerca do processo de Ensino-Aprendizagem e a proposição de um novo esquema em função da experiência vivenciada.
